Elvo supports email, Gmail, Office 365, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, website chat widget, phone calls, contact forms, and custom channels via API. All conversations land in one shared inbox regardless of where they started.
How does the AI work?
Elvo's AI reads incoming messages, classifies and prioritizes them, pulls context from your knowledge base and past conversations, then drafts a response in your brand voice. It learns from your docs, URLs, and historical data to improve over time.
Can I control what the AI sends?
Absolutely. Every AI-drafted response requires human approval before it reaches the customer. You can edit, reject, or approve each draft. Confidence thresholds and policy guardrails give you additional control over what the AI can suggest.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days of free access to Pro features. No credit card required. After the trial, your subscription auto-converts to your chosen plan unless you cancel. Iceland-based teams sign up with their kennitala for invoicing; international customers should book a meeting.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored within the European Union, and all AI processing also happens inside Europe. Elvo is fully GDPR-compliant with data processing agreements, end-to-end encryption, and complete audit trails.
How does pricing work?
Elvo is priced per seat per month. Starter ($21/seat) is for small teams getting started with email. Pro ($35/seat) adds all channels, AI, and the API, the right fit for most teams. Scale ($72/seat) adds SSO and audit log for mid-market. Enterprise is a custom plan with DPA, SLA, and bespoke integrations. Prices exclude tax. No hidden fees, no contracts. Cancel anytime.
Can I migrate from another helpdesk?
Yes. We offer migration assistance for teams moving from other helpdesks. Our onboarding team will help you import data and get set up quickly.
