Signatures
Set up signatures that are added automatically to your replies — personal or for the whole team.
Signatures are added automatically to the bottom of replies so you don't have to type your name, title, and contact details every time. You can have a personal signature and a consistent team signature.
Create a signature
Open Settings → Signatures and build a signature with your name, title, phone number, and links. You can format the text and add an image or logo.
Personal and team
- Personal signature — applies to your replies.
- Team signature — a consistent signature admins set for the whole team, so every reply looks the same externally.
FAQ
Is the signature added automatically? Yes, it appears at the bottom of replies. You can remove it on an individual reply if you want.
Can I have different signatures for different addresses? Yes — a signature can be tied to a specific address or team.
